Finals came and went and then it was home for 3 weeks!! Going home yes yes yes! Found out I didn't fail my Anthro class but got a B. DUDE! Camera no longer broken. Didn’t really get to relax at home. Got baptized. Became an official member of CFBC. Lots of shopping. Lots of Cranium at Julian's. Lots of spending money. Christmas parties- Jasmine's, Jigger’s family's, Christian's, CFBC's. Lots of Disneyland. Moved back to the old room at home, cleaned out the closet and junk, and redecorated the room. Victoria gardens. Lots of movies- Geisha, Narnia, etc. Lots of attempts to watch movies. A lot of Julian’s house. Lots of Ten Ren’s. Shopping shopping shopping. Church love!

Isn’t God’s grace amazing?! We always hear how God is a gracious God that we start getting numb to it. But dude, where would we be without His grace? I really praise God for the break. He’s shown me SOOO much grace. I fall and lack in so much but He's always there, waiting for me to ask for forgiveness, waiting to give me grace to change to be more like Him! 2005 has been an amazing year because that was the year the Lord knew I'd be saved! Praise God!!! He's blessed me with a ministry, Christ-centered relationships, trials, and growth! I LOVE LOVE LOVE HIM!!! Now it's a new year and I'm so so so excited! HAPPY 2006!

Oh so very memorably fun trip to NorCal, specifically Stockton and San Francisco, the first week of March, for Elaine's birthday. Twas my first time up north and I loved it although I don't think I will ever get used to those gusty winds! My lovely roommate Michelle and her boyfriend Aaron showed us around beautifully Full-House'esque SF. Watched Irene's opera too- her first theater debut- at UOP, and you know what? She's meant to be a star! HAHA. Did not get to see the infamous 3-story Forever 21 but I shall someday I hope. Discovered one of my new favorite stores: H&M. Chocolate strawberries, Fisherman's Wharf, UOP, Lombard Street, Dtown SF, etc., etc. Click thumbnail on the left for pictures.
So I've enjoyed my classes more this quarter than I did last quarter, and hopefully next quarter shall be just as enjoyable. We are gonna make a movie! HUZZAH! Quite excited, if I do say so meself.

Praise God for everyone who went up to the front that day!!! Omgoodness so yesterday, my roommates and I wanted to decorate our room for All-Hill Halloween (when kids from nearby elementary schools and middle schools come to trick-or-treat in UCLA's dorms) tomorrow night so Michelle cut up troll sheets to try to make our room scarier (It doesn't really have that effect though.) while Katlyn and I pranced around wearing troll pillowcases. My weekend was awesome!!! It kinda started on Thursday cause it was Jireh's birthday (YAY!!!). He, Julian, and Hazel picked me up from LA and traffic was horribleeeeee as usual (Sorry!). We got to Grand Buffet to meet up with everyone else for dinner YUM. Afterwards, some of us went to Kuya Mike's 
and then Jireh took us (Hazel, Julian, Jigger, and me) home. Dropped off Hazel first and then we were heading back to LA and Jireh drove by the beach in El Segundo (El Segundo High is a pretty indoor school like the ones on TV! COOL HAHA.) and then we drove into Westwood hoping to get Diddy Riese's but they were closed by then so we got Rite Aid instead. Then we went back to my dorm and when I opened the door, I got the biggest, most awesome surprise: a surprise birthday party! Thanks to my awesome dawsome roommates, Michelle and Katlyn, for planning the whole thing and for everyone who came!!! I LOVED IT!!! =DDD
THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO MADE MY 18TH BIRTHDAY AWESOME DAWSOME!!! I LOVE YOU ALL A LOT LOT LOT!!! Spent the first few hours of it with awesome people after bible study. (= Had dinner with my family at Todai. Omgoodness I had been craving Japanese food, especially SUSHI, since I came to college HAHA. Then I went to Christian's later that night. I love those kids!!! What else...OOOH yeah Viet is treating us to sushi this week! YAY! Some lovely people are visiting this week/weekend YAYYY! This weekend shall be the first for which I'm staying in LA cause I have to watch a play for one of my classes on Saturday night so I can't go homeeeee. AGHH come visit me this week/weekend! Went to the CFBC Beach Trip on Monday, which is also known as the day of one of my worst driving days yet. HAHA )= I am a horrible driver AGHHH! Anyway, the beach trip was kinda different from last year but it was still really fun with some of the nicest people I've gotten to know. (= Praise God for that day and to Him be the glory: the message, the sunset, the fellowship, the games, the praise&worship, the sharing of blessings around the bonfire, the s'mores, Car Mafia on the way back, everything! such a blessed time and I want to be able to express it in words so badly but I really feel that it's indescribable. I was just so glad to be able to share the whole experience with Shaina and Jee. God really taught us to open up to one another spiritually cause although we're close, last night took our friendship to a deeper level. We learned that we can't be timid to open up to each other about our spiritual walks because we are meant to grow as a body. It really touched me because I'm not very open, especially about spiritual issues. But yeah, we had a long talk and found such joy- in Jesus Christ of course! Now Jee shall join Shaina and me in reading The Purpose-Driven Life! Thanks Jee and Shaina for last night! AGHH praise God for all of these blessings and more!!! I am SO HAPPY!!!
Went to the beach with Shawna and Annie. We went to Newport so we passed by Irvine and I got to see it for the first time- so nice/open/nice greenery! Reminds me of Brea (=. So when we got to the beach, we had the scariest/funniest adventure trying to park the car. There was only one parking space in the whole area and it was the SMALLEST space for Shawna to parallel park in. We were kinda, actually, really, freaked out that we wouldn't be able to without hitting the cars in front and back of us. After a couple of tries of Annie and me yelling directions for Shawna to park, it didn't look like it would would work. And then, praise God, a guy is walking by with his dog and offers to park the car for us! I dunno how he did it but wow. How many people would walk by you and offer to help you parallel park? So the beach was really fun. The weather in Newport is so much nicer than at Huntington- perfect beach weather and I LOVED IT!(((=. Lunchables and strawberries with nutella are so good HAHA.
